Join us for a hands-on preservation workshop focused on the care and repair of historic wood windows. Led by the skilled craftspeople of Austin Historical, this one-day workshop offers participants the opportunity to learn practical, preservation-minded techniques essential to maintaining historic buildings. 

The workshop includes a half-day, hands-on component covering paint removal, epoxy repairs, glass cutting and fitting, and traditional putty glazing. Participants will work directly with tools and materials while receiving guidance from experienced preservation professionals. The remainder of the day will allow attendees to observe demonstrations and deepen their understanding of window repair best practices. 

All tools and materials will be provided. The workshop will take place at the Austin Historical’s workshop (203 Deptford St, Savannah, GA 31404).
